Como aqui no Rio de Janeiro faz muito calor, fico esperando a temperatura cair para fazer sopas para o jantar, além do caldo verde, a sopa de ervilha e a de abóbora com gengibre fazem a felicidade da família depois de um dia de trabalho.
Ingredientes para o caldo verde
5 ou 6 batatas inglesas grandes
1 cebola
5 dentes de alho
1/2 pimenta dedo de moça
1 ou 2 talos de aipo
1 linguiça calabresa
1 maço de couve
Sal a gosto
Pimenta do reino a gosto
Preparo
Cortar grosseiramente a cebola, o alho, o aipo e a pimenta dedo de moça e refogar em uma panela grande com azeite.
Descascar e cortar grosseiramente as batatas e acrescentar ao refogado.
Cobrir os ingredientes com água, colocar a linguiça calabresa intera e deixar cozinhar até as batatas estarem macias.
Reservar a linguiça e bater os outros ingredientes no liquidificador ou com um mixer e voltar a mistura para a panela.
Cortar a couve bem fininha e a linguiça como preferir e acrescentar os dois ao creme que foi batido.
Deixar ferver e a couve cozinhar um pouco, colocar sal e pimenta do reino a gosto e servir!
