Massa com Molho de Gorgonzola

Massa com molho de gorgonzola é o coringa daqui de casa, quando chego tarde do trabalho e queremos juntar a família para jantar e abrir um vinho, ele combina muito bem com macarrão ou com nhoque.

Fácil de fazer, o molho fica pronto enquanto cozinhamos o macarrão, tomamos uma taça de vinho e colocamos a conversa em dia.

Você também pode usar este molho para gratinar a couve flor, fica delicioso.

Ingredientes para massa com molho de gorgonzola:

250 g de macarrão de sua preferência ou um pacote de nhoque (que compro na Oficina das Massas perto da minha casa)

2 caixinhas de creme de leite (ou 1 lata)

1 cebola picada

100 g de gorgonzola (se quiser o sabor mais forte, basta acrescentar mais um pouco)

1/2 copo de requeijão (opcional)

Queijo parmesão ralado a gosto

Sal

Pimenta do reino

1 pitada de noz moscada ralada

Azeite ou manteiga

Preparo:

Cozinhar a massa em água fervendo e com bastante sal (eu cozinho a massa de acordo com o tempo indicado no pacote).

Refogar a cebola com azeite ou manteiga.

Baixar o fogo e acrescentar o creme de leite, o gorgonzola, o requeijão e 2 punhados de queijo parmesão ralado.

Cozinhar até os queijos derreterem.

Caso fique muito grosso, adicionar um pouco da água do cozimento do macarrão.

Se desejar colocar mais gorgonzola… este é o momento.

Colocar a noz moscada ralada, acertar o sal e a pimenta do reino.

Misturar o molho e a massa.

Quando usamos o nhoque, basta colocar ele uma travessa, acrescentar o molho, queijo parmesão ralado por cima e levar ao forno pré-aquecido para gratinar por aproximadamente 15 minutos.
