Salmão assado com alecrim, moqueca de peixe, camarão com maçã, bobó de camarão já fazem parte da história da família. Andei fazendo minha mãe de cobaia e nasceu o bifum com camarão e brócolis, a sardinha eu fiz assada e fiz esta moqueca que ficou incrível.
Ingredientes para a moqueca de lula e camarão
1kg de camrão limpo
500g de lula limpa e cortada em rodelas
1 ou 2 porções de sofrito
2 cebolas
2 tomates
1 pimentão amarelo
1 pimentão verde ou vermelho
Salsa
Coentro
1 garrafinhas de leite de côco
Azeite
Azeite de dendê
Sal a gosto
Preparo
Temperar o camarão e a lula como preferir … Eu uso 1 colher de sopa de sal e bastante lemon pepper (ou suco de 1 limão e pimenta do reino).
Cortar a cebola, o tomate e os pimentões em tiras ou rodelas.
Aquecer a panela de barro e refogar o sofrito com um fio de azeite.
Arrumar sobre o sofrito refogado metade da cebola, do tomate e dos pimentões e uma pitada de sal.
Arrumar o camarão e a lula sobre os temperos.
Colocar o restante dos temperos e mais uma pitada de sal. Colocar o leite de coco e o azeite de dendê a gosto. As ervas vão por cima.
Fechar e esperar o camarão e a lula cozinharem, aproximadamente 20 minutos.
