Torta de doce de leite e bombom, muitos sabores em uma sobremesa só!

Há algum tempo eu ando pesquisando receitas de diferentes tortas, cheesecake de doce de leite, torta de paçoca, torta de bis, muitas opções… Fui juntando as ideias, pensando nos ingredientes que mais gosto, e nasceu a minha torta de doce de leite com bombom!

Agora a Família Mandarino ganhou mais uma sobremesa, esta receita vai dividir espaço com a cassata, a mousse de chocolate, o brigadeirão e outras sobremesas.

Ingredientes para a torta de doce de leite com bombom

1 pacote de biscoito maisena
2 colheres de sopa de avelã
120 g de manteiga derretida
1 lata de leite condensado
1 caixinha de creme de leite
6 bombons (sonho de valsa ou serenata de amor)

Preparo

Cozinhar a lata de leite condensado na panela de pressão por 30 minutos, vai virar uma doce de leite. Reservar.

Bater no processador o biscoito, as avelãs e a manteiga derretida. Arrumar a massa em uma forma de fundo removível e assar em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 15 minutos. Deixar esfriar.

Misturar bem o creme de leite e o doce e leite, eu usei um mixer para ficar uma mistura homogênea. Colocar essa mistura sobre a massa e deixar na geladeira por aproximadamente 1 hora.

Colocar os bombons no processador e bater no modo pulsar. Colocar sobre o doce de leite, desenformar e servir gelada.
