Rocambole de frango, uma variação do frango nosso de cada dia! Já contei que é a proteína que o meu irmão mais come. Digamos que ele não tem um cardápio muito variado, então eu fico buscando variações com os ingredientes que ele come.
Buscando variar o cardápio da família, eu faço frango recheado com molho pesto, espetinho de frango, fajitas de frango, frango com creme de milho, panqueca de frango e outras combinações! Uma família viciada em frango!
Você pode variar o recheio de acordo com o paladar de quem vai comer, adoro colocar cenoura ralada, também pode colocar tomate picado, bacon frito, variar o queijo. O importante é que você possa usar o que tem na dispensa, combine com o seu paladar e faça a felicidade de quem vai comer.
Ingredientes para o rocambole de frango
1 kg de peito de frango
1 pacote de sopa de cebola
Sal
Pimenta do reino
1 punhado coentro (ou salsa, ou cebolinha)
150 g de queijo prato (ou mussarela)
150 g de presunto
Azeite
Preparo
Colocar no processador o peito de frango, a sopa de cebola, o coentro (ou outra erva escolhida), sal e pimenta do reino (lembrando que a sopa de cebola já tem sal).
Abrir a massa sobre um pedaço de papel manteiga (pode ser papel laminado ou plastico filme) e formar um retângulo.
Arrumar o presunto e o queijo sobre o retângulo de massa.
Enrolar a massa para virar o rocambole, e colocar em uma assadeira (eu gosto de forrar com papel laminado para não grudar.
Assar em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 40 minutos, ou até o frango estar cozido.
