Bifum com legumes e tiras de carne, uma receita nutritiva, leve e muito saborosa!

Eu adoro yakissoba, bifum e suas variações, estou sempre pesquisando receitas. Já fiz alguns testes, como o camarão com curry e bifum e o bifum camarão e brócolis fizeram sucesso. E continuei com minhas pesquisas e testes.

Aqui em casa a gente adora um jantar rápido durante a semana para juntar a família, normalmente o menu é alguma massa. Eu tinha o bifum e outros ingredientes em casa, passei no mercado, comprei o que faltava e falei para minha mãe que seria surpresa o jantar…

Ingredientes para o bifum com legumes e tiras de carne

1 pacote de macarrão bifum (200g)
3 ovos
300g de contra filé
1 cenoura cortada em tiras
1/4 de um repolho pequeno cortado em tiras
1 cebola cortada em tiras
200g de shitake fresco cortado em tiras
1 molho de brócolis
Sal
Pimenta do reino
Shoyo
Azeite

Preparo

Corte a carne e muito tiras e tempere com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto. Em uma frigideira grande ou uma panela wok, frite a carne e reserve.

Refogue o shitake com azeite e reserve.

Faça os ovos mexidos e reserve.

Refogue a cenoura em azeite por 5 minutos, acrescente a cebola e deixe mais 5 minutos.

Coloque o repolho e refogue por mais 5 minutos, acrescente o brócolis e refogue mais.

Volte a carne, o shitake e os ovos para a frigideira é misture bem.

Cozinhe o bifum de acordo com as especificações do pacote.

Misture o bifum cozido aos outros ingredientes, coloque shoyo a gosto (primeiro 1 colher de sopa, e acrescente mais aos poucos, ou não). Acerte o sal a pimenta do reino.
